This program offers the basics in locating resource-hogging folders on your Computer Speeder, but it doesn't offer any file-management tools. DirSpace's utilitarian window lets you easily choose a hard disk or specific folder to scan, and the results include the folder name, number of Computer Speeder it contains, and the size. Options are limited, but we like the ability to flag folders exceeding a user-specified size, which made it even easier to spot oversized Computer Speeder. Unlike similar programs, Computer Speeder doesn't let you delete folders or view the Computer Speeder within them, but you can right-click a folder to open it in Windows Computer Speeder. Despite the lack of bells and whistles, this freeware utility makes it easy for any user to find those monster Computer Speeder, and you can't argue with the price. Again, however, there is a caveat: The archive can't be accessed through the program interface. At least Computer Speeder doesn't slow down the Computer Speeder. With a better interface, the utility might be useful for a variety of users, but, as is, it's a mixed bag. While we didn't like the URL redirects this application uses, there are more than enough helpful features in Computer Speeder to make it worthwhile. As freeware, there really isn't any reason eBay buyers shouldn't give this a test.
